Bikram classes are 90 minutes and 60 minutes long as stated in schedule. Warm Vinyasa classes are 60 minutes. Yin classes are 85 minutes. Ashtanga classes are 60 and 85 minutes.

Be well hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day everyday
You will need a mat, large towel, and water… all are available for rent and/or purchase
Wear clothing that you feel comfortable sweating in, cool, light, and fitted clothes work best
Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class
Proper hydration supports the healthy function of your body’s systems

People of all ages can do Bikram Yoga, Warm Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga.

Take your second class within 24 hours
Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class
