Bikram’s Beginning Yoga is a 90 and 60 minute class of twenty six postures and two breathing exercises. Warm Vinyasa is a 60 minute class. Yin is an 85 minute class. Ashtanga is a 60 and 85 minute class.
All classes are 90, 85 and 60 minutes, please plan to stay in class the entire time.
Please try to remain in class the entire class time. This is for your benefit, as well as for the other students in class. When going in and out of classroom, please close the door gently and quietly. Do not leave door open.
